Technical Freedom
Technical Freedom has provided us with IT support services since May 2009, effectively becoming our 'IT department'. During this time, we have received IT consultation, and support and maintenance services, as well as sourcing and installation of new equipment and complete office IT moves to new premises. The service has included server, backup, PCs, and telephones for our business of up to 20 people. We are very happy to provide a reference for the extremely high standards of service that we have received during this time, and the courteous and helpful manner in which Technical Freedom has operated. In particular, we are very happy with the way in which Dave and his team are able to talk about technical issues in an approachable way, and respond quickly and efficiently, even out of hours.
