OnePort Limited was officially founded in February 2003. In May, OnePort Limited launched its first service, Advance Customs Document (ACD) service. Later in August, OnePort Limited launched the first Empty Collection Appointment (ECA) service in Hong Kong in response to the 24-hour rule imposed by the US Customs.
